Return Policy: All sales are final. No exchanges or refunds. Any deposits made to hold items are non-refundable. If you received an item that is damaged, such as, has a hole or a visible stain, or something of that nature and would like to try to resolve the issue, please contact:

Shipping Policy: All orders may take up to 15 days to be delivered. Delivery time may vary for different products. On average, most standard shipping orders take about 8-11 days to deliver; and express shipping takes approximately 5-9 days. Kuture is not responsible to lost, stolen or damaged items. Any shipping issues should be addressed to the shipping carrier.

All orders purchased through shopkuture.com are shipped directly from our vendors.

Please do not attempt to scam Kuture by claiming you did not receive your package if you did receive it. We are a small business and that hurts families and individuals when scamming occurs. We have detailed tracking information on our end that shows us if you received the package or not.
